(WGR 550) -- It's no longer just a rumor, Ralph Wilson is prepared to clean house at One Bills Drive, according to the Associated Press' John Wawrow.
In the report, Wilson acknowledges that he wants to revamp the team with potential big changes, but said he knew nothing of contact between the Bills and former Broncos boss Mike Shanahan.
According to the report:
"Wilson said Thursday he'll make a full review and stresses there's 'a lot of work to do.' Wilson adds there could be changes at any position and it's possible he'll bring in a general manager with a football background or make a lucrative offer to land a high-profile coach."
The interview was conducted by phone from Wilson's home in Detroit. The Bills fired head coach Dick Jauron on Tuesday, replacing him on an interim basis with defensive coordinator Perry Fewell. Buffalo duels with the Jaguars in Jacksonville on Sunday, with Ryan Fitzpatrick named starting quarterback. A Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel report on Thursday said Buffalo signed Green Bay third-string quarterback Brian Brohm.
