AP: At least 3 groups set to bid on the Bills

John Warrow of the Associated Press is reporting that at least three groups have entered the final stage of negotiations to buy the Buffalo Bills.

Two other people familiar with the process told the AP former Sabres owner Tom Golisano is not prepared to submit a bid.
