Amerks Prepare For Frozen Frontier

The Buffalo Sabres started a trend: The outdoor game. Buffalo hosted the first Winter Classic in 2008 and five years later their minor leaguers are playing outside. The Amerks take the ice Friday night at Frontier Field in Rochester - home of the Rochester Red Wings.

The Amerks hit the ice for the first time on Thursday night.
