Following the conclusion of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills officially announced the signing of 10 undrafted free agents to their roster.

P Shawn Powell, Florida State

DB Ian Wild, Mercyhurst
LB Garrick Williams, Texas A&M
The Bills' rookie mini-camp is scheduled to start on Friday, May 11.
Following the last days for restricted free agents to try and find a team to sign them to an offer sheet, the Buffalo Bills announced they've re-signed both Kraig Urbik and Chad Rinehart to their one-year tenders.
Urbik serves as the team's starting right guard and also ended the season playing center for the Bills. Rinehart is the team's primary backup offensive lineman, filling in at either guard spot when there is an injury to the group.
