With the Buffalo Bills' chances of getting to the playoffs seemingly slim, the off-season is once again the focal point for most fans of the team. After a fair amount of upset wins, the draft position for the Bills has improved with their most recent loss to the Tennessee Titans. Before the slate of games, the Bills held the 15th overall pick. Now, the team has passed Kansas City and San Diego, and hold the 13th overall pick.
