Bills Sign E.J. Manuel

The Bills have officially locked up their entire draft class, signing 1st round pick E.J. Manuel Friday. Manuel was the 16th overall pick in April's draft. He's currently battling with veteran Kevin Kolb for the Bills starting job under center. Terms of Manuel's rookie deal were not released.

The team finished up a 3-day mandatory mini camp and will be off until the end of July when training camp opens at St. John Fisher College.

Here is the official release sent out by the team:
ORCHARD PARK, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced the signing of first-round draft selection (16th overall) QB EJ Manuel. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Manuel led Florida State to a 25-6 record as a starter – the third-most wins in school history – and became the second quarterback in FBS history to win four consecutive bowl games (West Virginia QB Pat White). He ended his career as the school’s all-time leader in completion percentage (66.9) and ranks among the top five in Seminoles history for passing yards (7,736 – 3rd), total offense (8,563 – 3rd), completions (600 – 4th) and passing attempts (897 – 5th).
The Bills have now signed all eight of their 2013 draft picks.
