Those in attendance at the Buffalo Bills home opener against Oakland are in for a special treat at halftime.
As announced earlier this year, the Bills will induct long-time defensive end Phil Hansen in to the Wall of Fame at the end of the first half at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday. Since being drafted by the Bills in 1991, the North Dakota State defensive end spent all eleven years of his career playing for the Bills.
Hansen had a personal best 10 sacks in 1995, and ended his career with 61.5 total. He and his family will be on hand for the half-time ceremony. He'll also be speaking with the media noon before the Bills and Raiders kick off on Sunday.
