BryLin Hospitals has sold its two properties on Delaware Avenue to a local investment group. Business First reports the group purchased 1255 and 1263 Delaware for $3 million. BryLin's CFO and senior vice president is among the purchasing group's partners. The money will be used for building upgrades.

Visit Buffalo Niagara is hoping to ring in 2014 with a little good luck. That's when the National Horseshoe Pitcher's Association world championships will be held here. The twelve day event is expected to draw more than 15-hundred participants and deliver an economic boost of $2.9 million.

A pair of Rochester-area firms are combining forces. Corrosion Products & Equipment has acquired Gehring Pumps. Terms of the deal were not publicly announced.

Inc. Magazine has ranked Logistics Dynamics the 78th fastest-growing logistics company on its 500/5000 list. It's the fifth consecutive year Logistics Dynamics has made the list.
