Buffalo Business Report - Wednesday, April 23rd 2014

AT&T and The Chernin Group have formed a venture to acquire, invest in and launch over-the-top video services. The Chernin Group and AT&T have committed over $500 million in funding to the venture.  No further financial terms were disclosed.

The DENT Neurologic Institute has announced plans to add Electroconvulsive Therapy services to its Psychiatry division.  The new program will be located in DENT’s Southtowns location at 200 Sterling Drive in The Sterling Medical Park.

Cabela’s will hire around 225 full-time and part-time workers for its new Cheektowaga location opening this fall.  Applications are only being accepted online.  Interviews will be conducted in mid-May.
