In the hopes of cashing in on the current climate, the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency has set an August 1st deadline for residential development proposals centered on a 2.4-acre vacant parcel on Lakefront Boulevard. That's roughly north of the Admiral’s Walk condo tower. Business First reports a designated developer is expected to be determined by September 12th.
