From The Locker Room: Sabres-Flyers

Sam Reinhart picked up 3 points and Anders Nilsson stopped 39 shots in Buffalo's 4-1 win over the Flyers on Tuesday. Read what both players had to say about the win.

Sam Reinhart
"We're happy with where we're at. We know it's a long road to get back to where we want to be. I said [Monday], we're taking it one game at a time. Tonight was another step in the right direction."

"It's easy to get frustrated when things aren't going your way, but when the chances are there, you know it's going to turn eventually. Even tonight, I could have had a couple more that Jack kind of gave to me and set me up nicely. If he keeps finding me, I think I'll be able to put more and more in."

Anders Nilsson
"I felt comfortable since the first puck drop. I didn't try to think too much, just tried to go out and play the game. They played a solid team game in front of me which helped me out too. It helped me get in the game early on. [The Flyers] had some shots, but most of them were from outside so that made it a lot easier to play in net."

"Our team game has been improving a lot since last time we played them. Even though we had a three-goal goal lead heading into the 3rd, we talked about it in the 2nd intermission saying we can't get back on our heels. Just need to push for the next goal and get the puck deep. I think we did a pretty good job of doing that."
