Kouandjio pre-draft visit finalizes Bills list at 29

Every single year each team in the National Football League is allowed to welcome in 30 college prospects to their facilities for official pre-draft visits. The Bills have filled up their 30 most years, but it appears 2014 won't be one of them.

Still with two official pre-draft visits remaining, the Bills elected to use only one of those two slots. They announced on Friday that Alabama offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio was visiting the team, making him player number 29.

Speaking at the annual draft luncheon, GM Doug Whaley said they would likely just leave the final pre-draft visit open, seeing as how the final day to conduct visits is Sunday. That isn't a self-restriction, that is an order mandated by the NFL.

Kouandjio is an intriguing prospect that was once considered as a top 10 to 15 type of talent available in the draft. Following some reports about how his knees tested out, Kouandjio's stock took a bit of a tumble in the past few months and now is projected as a fringe first-round pick. The 6-foot-7, 322-pound offensive tackle started in 26 games over the past two seasons for the Crimson Tide.

With his visit, the Bills visit list included six running backs, four wide receivers, three tight ends, five offensive tackles, one interior lineman, one defensive end, three linebackers and six cornerbacks. For the full list of the players that visited, click here.
