The deals are rolling in since the opening of Free Agency on Feb. 27, and a potential Bills target is already off the board.

Trades:

Kansas City has picked up quarterback Matt Cassel from the Patriots, according to Adam Schefter. SI's Peter King says it's for a second-round pick. On Friday, Kansas City acquired LB Mike Vrabel from New England in exchange for an undisclosed draft pick.

The New York Jets got cornerback Lito Shephard from Philadelphia for two undisclosed draft picks

Dallas has acquired Jon Kitna from Detroit for cornerback Anthony Henry

Tampa Bay has traded undisclosed draft picks to Cleveland for TE Kellen Winslow, Jr.

Sage Rosenfels is now a Minnesota Vikings quarterback. Houston gets a fourth-round pick, while Rosenfels signs a two year extension worth $9 million.

Signings:

Denver signs ex-Dolphins CB Andre Goodman to a 5-year, $25 million contract.

The Detroit Lions signed former Cardinals and 49ers WR Bryant Johnson per ESPN.

Former Seattle Seahawks DT Rocky Bernard signed with the New York Giants for 4 years, $16 million.

Seattle resigned DT Colin Cole to a 5-year, $21 million contract.

The Houston Texans signed QB Dan Orlovsky to 3-year $9.15 million deal.

Tampa Bay re-signed WR Michael Clayton to a 5-year $24 million deal.

Former Atlanta Falcons LB Keith Brooking signed with the Dallas Cowboys on a 3-year, $6 million deal.

According to ESPN, the New York Giants have signed former Atlanta Falcons LB Michael Boley to a 5-year, $25 Million contract.  The Giants also landed DE Chris Canty, signing the former Cowboy to a 6-year, $42 million deal.

The Houston Texans signed former Arizona Cardinals DE Antonio Smith to a 5 year, $35 million deal per ESPN.

According to the NFL network, Former Baltimore Ravens C Jason Brown agreed to terms on a 5 year $37.5 million contract with the St. Louis Rams. $20 Million of it is gauranteed.

The Jets re-signed Guard Brandon Moore to a 4 year, 16 Million deal.

The Broncos have added three players. S Brian Dawkins agreed to a 2-year deal with Denver. WR Jabar Gaffney and S Renaldo Hill. Both players received a 4-year deal worth $10 million.

LB Jonathan Vilma signs a 5-year, $34 million deal with the Saints, according to NFL.com's Adam Schefter. The reported deal includes $17 million in guaranteed money.  The Saints also resigned tackle Jon Stinchcomb for 5 years.

RB Maurice Morris signs a 3 year, $7 million deal with the Detroit Lions.

ESPN.com reports that the Broncos have agreed to terms with two RB's. Corell Buckhalter and J.J. Arrington.

ESPN reports that QB Kerry Collins has signed a 2-year deal worth $15 million to stay with the Tennessee Titans.

S Chris Crocker re-signs with Cincinati for 4 years and $10 million.

Per the Pittsburgh Post Gazette G Chris Kemoeatu has signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers for 5 years and $20 million.

Frank Omiyale has signed a 4-year contract to join Chicago thiat is worth between $11.5 million and $14 million according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Domonique Foxworth signs a 4-year, $28 million deal with Baltimore.

The Jets have reeled in LB Bart Scott with a 5 year, $40 million contract according to ESPN.

Colts center Jeff Saturday has re-upped with the Indianapolis Colts for three years.

Fred Taylor has an agreement in principle to join New England.

Chicago has signed offensive tackle Frank Omiyale to a four-year, $14 million deal. Omiyale started one game during his time in Carolina.

The Miami Dolphins have re-signed safety Yeremiah Bell, while inking Gibril Wilson from Oakland.

DeAngelo Hall will now be manning the corner for the Washington Redskins. Former Buffalo Bill Derrick Dockery also returned to the Redskins for 5-years, $26.5 million

DT  Albert Haynesworth has inked a 7-year, $100 million deal with the Washington Redskins that includes $41 million in guaranteed money.

New England reached agreement with former New York Jets tight end Chris Baker.

The Bills:

The Buffalo Bills have two new players via free agency.  Former Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick signed with the team at the end of day one of free agency, and former Carolina Panthers offensive lineman Jeff Hangartner signed one day after the start of free agency.  Hangartner has previously played both gaurd and center for the Panthers.

SIGNED: OT Kirk Chambers (ESPN.com), FB Corey McIntyre, 2-year deal (AP), QB Gibran Hamdan (Buffalo News), CB Dustin Fox (Buffalo News).

OFFER SHEETS: The Bills guaranteed they'd receive compensation for restricted free agents Keith Ellison and George Wilson by coming to agreements with the linebacker and safety, respectively (Buffalo News).

WGR has learned that Jason Peters was offered a new deal at the end of the 2008 season, as the Bills promised. The deal remains on the table.

VISITS: Pro Football Talk.com has former San Diego and Jacksonville corner Drayton Florence visiting Buffalo on Thursday. Florence has 10 interceptions in six NFL seasons.

Carolina offensive lineman Jeff Hangartner is searching for his first full-time gig, and will visit Buffalo on Friday, according to the NFL Network.

Linebacker Jamie Winborn will visit Friday from Denver. He had 99 tackles in 2008.

According to a report, Laveraneus Coles will be in town Friday after being cut by the New York Jets.

Also visiting Friday will be Pittsburgh guard Kendall Simmons and Bengals quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick

Jacksonville running back Fred Taylor and New England wide-out Kelley Washington visited Buffalo prior to the start of free agency. Taylor has since signed with the Patriots, according to a report.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: The Bills made offers to several exclusive rights free agents: tight end Derek Schouman, long-snapper Ryan Neill, defensive end Copeland Bryan, linebacker Blake Costanzo, quarterback Matt Baker, running back Bruce Hall and tight end Jonathan Stupar. Buffalo had already offered a deal to Fred Jackson.

OTHER: Two Bills are on Adam Schefter's "Sleeper" list: LB Angelo Crowell and QB J.P. Losman, "With a change of scenery, maybe his talent can flourish."

More from Schefter:  "With Buffalo losing out to New England for the services of running back Fred Taylor, the Bills could turn to former Lions and Bears free-agent running back Kevin Jones, who has drawn interest from the Bills, Jets, Rams and Buccaneers."

The Chicago Tribune lists Buffalo as a potential destination for QB Rex Grossman.
