No Stevie at Bills Locker Room Cleanout

For the second straight season, a soon-to-be unrestricted free agent of the Buffalo Bills was nowhere to be found during the media portion of the team's locker room cleanout day.

At the end of 2010 it was former first-round pick Donte Whitner, who stripped his locker clean of all its possessions before the media even entered the doors in the morning. This time around, it's wide receiver Stevie Johnson. While his locker still contained his possessions, the man was nowhere to be found.

Johnson very well could have played his final down as a member of the organization after taking a celebration penalty upon scoring a touchdown against New England. In the final year of his rookie contract, WGR reported last week that his asking price while negotiations were still going on was $7.5 million. No progress has been made to this point in time.

Despite not speaking with the media, the wide receiver is scheduled to join Schopp & the Bulldog at 4 pm on WGR Sports Radio 550 for his season-ending appearance. Be sure to tune in.
