PROS
- Physically imposing player with great size for the NFL.
- Fairly quick off the snap for a bigger player.
- Reads stunts/delay blitzes well when in tight.
- 36 career starts at left tackle with the Rebels.
CONS
- He's a leaner. Depends on contact with the pass-rusher too much and gets caught off balance a lot of times.
- Just ripped aside and beat clean by the top SEC pass-rushers (Courtney Upshaw, Jake Bequette) consistently.
- Just never seems to be under control after the initial slide in to protection. Will get beat a lot in space.
Special Notes:
- Turns 23 in June.
Projection: Late round to Undrafted
- While the physical tools are there, Sowell game leaves a lot to be desired. He's a likely undrafted free agent to me.
