PROS
- Versatility. Started at right guard, left guard and left tackle throughout his four year career at Georgia.
- Size and strength. One of the biggest players in the draft.
- At left tackle, shows a surprisingly high level of footwork in getting back to defend speed rushers. May not have the athleticism to mirror them, but stays balanced enough to keep with them. Then uses his balance and power to push the defender deep in to the backfield giving the quarterback a sound pocket.
- Shows good knowledge and awareness against faster blitzers to use a cut block since his speed would limit him from keeping up.
- A strong run blocker at both guard and tackle, finds his man and drives him back.

CONS
- The weight. It will be a concern his entire career, and it will certainly be highlighted at the NFL Scouting Combine.
- Will get beat sometimes by a speed rusher. His footwork is good, but occasionally a quick jump off the snap plus speed will be too much for him at LT.
- Won't be quick enough to get out in front of a pitch like Ryan Kalil did for USC or Joe Staley does for the San Francisco 49ers.

Special Notes:
- Turns 23 in September.
- Had a dominant performance at left tackle at one point during the week of practice  at the Senior Bowl by many accounts.

Projection: Top 15 pick
- Glenn had one lapse in concentration against LSU, the best defense in college football, at left tackle in the SEC Championship. He shows surprisingly quick feet and a great knowledge of the position. Some are saying he'll be a guard in the NFL. I think he would be a very good guard for some team, but I think his game is worth a shot at putting him at tackle. He looked very good against the nation's elite pass rushers at the Senior Bowl. At worst, you've got a guard that can start on your team for the foreseeable future.
