Buffalo Bills safety Donte Whitner spoke with Clifton Brown of The Sporting News, and guaranteed something the Bills haven't done in eight seasons. When asked if he believes the team will make the playoffs, Whitner told Brown: "Do I expect us to make the playoffs? I'm guaranteeing it."
The last time the Bills made an appearance in the playoffs occurred after the 1998-1999 season, when the Bills lost to the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Wildcard round.
