Mark Gaughan of the Buffalo News reports that the Bills are considering former Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator Chan Gailey as a candidate to replace Dick Jauron. Gaughan cites a team source and a league source.
Jay Glazer from Fox Sports is now saying that Gailey has already interviewed with the Bills and will talk to owner Ralph Wilson and GM Buddy Nix again Monday. Glazer reports that, as long as talks do not break down, Gailey will be named as the next Head Coach of the Bills within 24-to-48 hours.
Gailey was the Coach of the Dallas Cowboys during the 1998 and 1999 seasons. He spent time in the college ranks from 2002-to-2007 as the Head Coach at Georgia Tech.
League sources told the Buffalo News that the Bills' Coach search could come to a quick conclusion and that Vikings Defensive Coordinator Leslie Frazier is not going to be the choice for the job.
Gailey was last in the NFL in 2008. He served as the Offensive Coordinator for Kansas City.

Why would the Bills be so high on Frazier's interview... so much so that ESPN's news strip two Saturdays ago at 7a.m. (mysteriously removed one hour later) which claimed ... Frazier's interview with the Bills "...blew them away!"
Now, several non-candidates later... the Bills purport Chan's the man, in effect. Was Frazier a Rooney throwout-- a mere pawn in the twisted game of the Buffalo Bills non respect?
Anyway you cut it, The Bills brought all this negative media attention onto themselves. To me, it's a disgrace of epic proportions to our community.
Further, yet another un necessary blight on sport public relations... which affects us all in Buffalo, especially with our passion to support these corporate idiots.
Typical Ralph and/or his legion of non-qualified minions. Love the Bills... but I won't forgive Ralph for putting us such a negative disadvantage perception. I was a season ticket holder over 20-some years.

To All: Before you all jump off a bridge go to Wikipedia and read about this guy. He has a good offensive structure and is a proven offensive mind. He like to run the Football and that is what we need in WNY! Read about him as a coach in Dallas. They went to the playoffs for both season he was their. The team he inherited was gutted due to Salary Cap issue's and Barry Switzer the previous coach. He was a winner at Georgia Tech and as an OC put up good numbers.
