Report: No progress after Wednesday's CBA talks

The NHL and NHL Players' Association are still at odds after a new collective bargaining agreement proposal was submitted by the union Wednesday.  After submitting the offere and listening to the league's response, NHLPA head Don Fehr said, "On the big things there was, as of today, no reciprocity in any meaningful sense."  The union moved closer to the league in terms of revenue sharing, but the NHL is holding firm on its proposed $211 million Make Whole provision.
