The Buffalo Bills have been busy since the hiring of general manager Brandon Beane adding to his front office staff.

The Bills added another piece to the puzzle on Thursday with the hiring of Lake Dawson as the team's Assistant Director of College Scouting.

Dawson, 45, spent last season with the Cleveland Browns as a National Scout, but spent nine years with the Tennessee Titans beforehand in their front office. With the Titans, Dawson climbed the ranks, going from Director of Pro Personnel to Vice President of Football Operations to Vice President of Player Personnel.

Dawson did spend six seasons in the NFL playing as a wide receiver before his career was cut short due to injury. After his playing career ended, Dawson took a job with the Seattle Seahawks as a pro personnel assistant. He eventually worked his way up the ranks to become the team's Assistant Director of Pro Personnel.

Dawson is the fourth front office hire since Beane was officially introduced as the Bills' general manager last week Friday.
