Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott got his first win in his first game as a head coach against the New York Jets on Sunday at New Era Field. McDermott made his regular appearance with Schopp and the Bulldog on Monday afternoon. Here are some of the best quotes from his visit:

On his first NFL head coaching experience:
"We talk a lot about how the NFL is a test to see how a group of people can stay together."

Regarding the workload of LeSean McCoy:
"We don't have a number in mind for touches in a season, it'll be a game-by-game basis."

On Tyrod Taylor's game:
"That was the best thing that Tyrod did, he took what the defense gave him."

On Todd Bowles decision to punt in the 4th quarter:
"Each situation is a little bit different, we're going to look to put my team in a position to win."

On playing Cam Newton next week:
"Good person, good football player, he was a big part of my success when I was there, and he's very very tough to defend."
