M&T Bank has a new mobile app that will allow business customers to make check deposits. The M&T Mobile Deposit for Business app enables check deposits of up to $10,000 per day through iPhone or Android smartphones. There is no set up cost, monthly fee or app cost, but each check deposited costs ninety-nine cents.
The U.S. Postal Service is looking to fill forty-five temporary summer positions. The new hires will mainly work afternoon and midnight shifts at a rate of $12 per hour. The application deadline is July 29th.
Protective Industries, Incorporated, the parent company of Buffalo-based Caplugs, has formed a partnership to buy Shercon, Incorporated. Shercon of California manufactures die cut and molded rubber masking. Terms of the deal were not made public.
