Basil Ford has purchased a Cheektowaga warehouse on Walden Avenue for $165,000. Business First reports the warehouse was the former base for Meier Supply Company.

The state has approved a plan by Sisters Hospital to move its gastrointestinal unit to the first floor of the St. Joseph Campus.

Third-party benefits administration firm Pro-Flex Administrators LLP has opened for business. The firm is accepting clients at 6390 Main Street in Williamsville.

In earnings news: second quarter net income for Computer Task Group was up twenty-five cents compared to a year ago. Northwest Savings Bank reported net income of seventeen cents per share for the recently completed quarter.

NetPlus Alliance, an industrial and contractor supplies distributor, has launched a new website. The website was put together by J. Fitzgerald Group of Lockport.
