The ECIDA has approved incentive funds for two downtown Buffalo hotel projects: the Hamister Group's effort to convert the Tishman Building into a mixed use development anchored by a 123-room Hilton Garden Inn and Benderson Development Company's project to turn the Donovan Office Building into a 96-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and serve as home to the Phillips Lytle law firm.
An incentive package to help re-build Niagara Lubricants was also approved by the ECIDA. The company plans to add nine more people once it's operational again.
Business First reports Women and Children's Hospital has sold four residential properties on West Utica for a combined $98,000. Those properties were once considered for expansion use.
BlueCross BlueShield is introducing a new chiropractic network, effective January 1st of 2013.
