The NHL lockout has taken its toll on the schedule.  The league announced today that all preseason games through the month of September have been cancelled.  The Sabres still have three preseason games scheduled for the month of October (two against Columbus, one against Boston) but with nothing new to report on labor negotiations, it seems unlikely they'll be played at this point.
