The rise in local gas prices has slowed. According to the AAA, it costs an average of $4.08 for a gallon of unleaded gas today. That's up one penny from Monday's average.

Rocco Termini has decided to end his efforts to re-do the vacant AM&A's building on Main Street as a mixed-use facility. WGRZ-TV reports the decision by Governor Cuomo not to raise the ceiling on tax credits led to Termini's decision.

BlueCross BlueShield of WNY and Kaleida Health are seeking to partner on a new health-care network. Business First reports State approval is required, but the new entity has chosen a name: Optimum Physician Alliance LLC.

Servotronics Corporation has sold a Pennsylvania subsidiary. Terms of the deal were not publicly announced.

Yancey's Fancy has spiced things up with the release of five new flavors; Natural Smoked Jalapeno & Cayenne Cheddar, Chipotle Cheddar, Chipotle & Habanero Cheddar, Natural Smoked Applewood & Hickory Double Cream Cheddar and Fresh Killer Dill Cheddar.
