The Buffalo Bills come into today's game against the New England Patriots at Ralph Wilson Stadium mostly healthy.

Both C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson are active. Here are the inactives:

For the Patriots, lineman Logan Mankins is out. Receiver Julian Edelman and tight end Aaron Hernandez are also out.
