Complete entry below by midnight October 19th for your chance to win two tickets to Catholic Health’s “Day of Health”, October 26th at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens valued at $80 and a 7-night stay at the Biggest Loser Resort Niagara in Java Center, New York for one. Stay includes all meals, beverages, and a fitness program consisting of the use of the resort’s fitness machines, hiking, aquatics, customized training with a resort trainer, circuit training and aerobics valued at $2695.
