INJURY REPORT: O-Line Shake-Up

Two Bills offensive linemen are expected to make their first starts of the year today as Buffalo squares off against San Francisco.  Usual left tackle Cordy Glenn and right guard Kraig Urbik are both out with ankle injuries.  Chris Hairston will be in for Glenn while Chad Rinehart will take Urbik's place.  .

The only other big name out for the game on Buffalo's side is defensive tackle Spencer Johnson.  Safety Jairus Byrd is listed as questionable (hip) but he did practice on Friday.  Wideout Donald Jones and tight end Scott Chandler are both probable.
Other inactives for the Bills: RB Johnny White, QB Tarvaris Jackson, S Delano Howell, LB Kirk Morrison

Two defensive starters for the 49ers were questionable going into the game, but it turns out   cornerback Carlos Rogers (ankle) and defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga (ankle/knee) will both suit up.
