Dealing with an ankle injury, Williams got back to practice in a limited capacity for the Bills on Friday. After practice head coach Chan Gailey said Williams has a very good chance of being able to suit up for the Bills on Sunday.
Williams, the normal starting defensive tackle alongside Marcell Dareus, would be replaced by Alex Carrington if he is not able to play.
Three other Bills players were also listed as questionable, but are similarly in good shape to play against the Cardinals. Guard Chad Rinehart (calf), center Eric Wood (foot) and free safety Jairus Byrd (chest) all have the questionable designation. Gailey said Rinehart also has a very good chance, while Wood and Byrd each said individually that they expected to play this weekend.
Four players have been ruled out by Buffalo and they come as no surprise. Defensive end Mark Anderson, offensive tackle Cordy Glenn, defensive tackle Spencer Johnson and guard Kraig Urbik all will not be in the lineup.
The two other players listed throughout the week, cornerback Aaron Williams and defensive end Mario Williams, are listed as probable for Sunday's game in Arizona.
The Bills and the Cardinals are set to kick off at 4:05 pm EST at University of Phoenix Stadium.
