Defensive tackle Kyle Williams (ankle), defensive tackle Spencer Johnson (ankle), cornerback Terrence McGee (knee) and safety Da'Norris Searcy (ankle) have all been designated as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Tennessee Titans.
When pressed, head coach Chan Gailey said Williams and Searcy were "fine."
The Bills have had three players ruled out of the Titans' contest. Offensive tackle Cordy Glenn, guard Kraig Urbik and defensive end Mark Anderson will not suit up. Gailey added that he believes both Glenn and Urbik will be ready for the team's next game against Houston.
The recently re-signed Shawne Merriman had his first week of practice back in Buffalo. Gailey said the defensive end did well, and that there is a "good possibility he'll be able to play this week."
The team has made a pair of roster moves as well. They've released recently-signed offensive lineman Reggie Wells and promoted offensive lineman David Snow from the practice squad.
The Bills and Titans square off at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday at 1 pm.
