Patriots running back Brandon Bolden has been suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league's performance enhancing substance policies.
Bolden's first career game was against the Bills earlier this season, in which he rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown. Bolden has missed the past two weeks with a knee injury. He has a total of 234 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns this season.
It is not yet known what substance Bolden used. The suspension is effective immediately and will be eligible to return to the Patriot's roster on December 3rd.
