Bills head to Indy with nearly full stable

Orchard Park, NY (WGR 550)  -- Heading in to what could be a pivotal matchup to the Buffalo Bills' designs on making a run at the postseason, the team will likely be without only two players that have suffered long-term injuries.

Following Friday's practice, Bills head coach Chan Gailey designated three players as questionable for the upcoming contest against the Indianapolis Colts. Upon questioning however, Gailey expressed optimism in the playing chances for all three.

Fullback Corey McIntyre (knee), defensive tackle Spencer Johnson (ankle) and wide receiver Brad Smith (hamstring) were all deemed questionable. The trio has been limited in practice for most of the week.

It's all good news on starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams (ankle). He's progressed similarly to previous weeks, allowing Gailey to declare one of the Bills' best defenisve players as probable for the contest.

Williams is joined by a host of other Bills with a likely shot to play. That list includes Ron Brooks (teeth), Da'Norris Searcy (hand), C.J. Spiller (shoulder), Fred Jackson (concussion), Chris Kelsay (neck), Mario Williams (wrist, ankle), Eric Wood (knee), Jairus Byrd (back), Shawne Merriman (groin), Kelvin Sheppard (back), Andy Levitre (knee), Marcell Dareus (shoulder), Chris Hairston (knee), Leodis McKelvin (groin) and Justin Rogers (hamstring).

From that group, Jackson and Kelsay will be making their return after missing last week's contest against Miami.

The only two players that will definitively not play are Mark Anderson (knee) and Aaron Williams (knee). Gailey ruled them out mid-week.

The Bills travel to Indianapolis on Saturday to take on the Colts. Kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium is set for 1 pm. Pregame coverage starts at 7 am, leading you up to the play-by-play coverage of the game on WGR Sports Radio 550.
