It's Official: NHL cancels Games through December 30th



As expected the NHL has announced the cancellation of games through Dec. 30. bringing the total number of games lost to 526.

The league has cancelled games through December 14th, including the Winter Classic which was scheduled for January 1st at Michigan Stadium as well as the All-Star Game which was to be played January 27th in Columbus.

Also noted in the TSN report - NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly and NHLPA special counsel Steve Fehr spoke over the weekend but there is still no talks or meetings officially scheduled at this point.
