Tax abatement packages worth a combined $1.3 million have been approved by the ECIDA.  Benefiting are Rich Products Corporation, Main & Cathedral Development; engine testing facility ATSBNY, LLC and a joint venture between Creative Storage Systems and New Covenant Church.  59 new jobs will be created as a result.

McGuire Development Company's Real Estate Services Group helped facilitate the sale of a former Perkins restaurant on McKinley Parkway in Hamburg.  The owner of Kyoto's Japanese-style restaurant in Amherst paid $925,000 for the property and plans a similar restaurant there to open next spring.

Cheektowaga's Cello-Pack Corporation has been sold to Trinity Packaging Corporation for an undisclosed price.
 
Russell Bond & Company, a Buffalo-based insurance wholesaler, has acquired Independent Garage and Towing Contractors Services of Buffalo.  No terms of that deal were made public.
