NCAA Tournament field revealed

The field of 68 is set for the 2013 Men's NCAA Tournament. Louisville is the top seed overall, with Gonzaga, Kansas, and Indiana being selected as number one seeds.

The Cardinals lead the Midwest Region (Indianapolis), and will open their title hopes against the winner of North Carolina A&T and Liberty. Those two schools will play as part of the First Round of the tournament. The region also features the Duke Blue Devils as the number two seed, and the Michigan State Spartans are the third seed.

Out West, the Zags open the tournament on Thursday against Southern University (16 seed). The West Region (Los Angeles) also boasts the Ohio State Buckeyes are the two seed. They will take on MAAC Champion Iona (15 seed) on Friday in Dayton, OH.

Kansas leads the South Region (North Texas) against Western Kentucky (16 seed) on Friday. The Jayhawks claimed the Big XII Tournament crown earlier in the weekend. Georgetown (2 seed), Florida (3 seed), and Michigan (4 seed) also highlight the group of 16.

The winner of LIU Brooklyn and James Madison gets the treat of taking on the Hoosiers in the East Region (Washington D.C.). Miami (Fl.) won the ACC Tourney title on Sunday, and have been rewarded with the second seed in the group. They will try to avoid an upset at the hands of Pacific University. Syracuse made it to the Big East Championship game, and find themselves tipping with Montana on Thursday in the region's 4-13 matchup.
