Buffalo Business Report - Tuesday, April 30th 2013



Mark Croce, through his Saturn Development Company, has purchased the former St. Paul's & St. Mark's United Church of Christ at Niagara and West Huron for $115,000.  Business First reports the property will be retrofitted as office or residential space.

An early June opening is planned for Osteria 166.  With traditional Italian dishes as its theme, the restaurant is located at Franklin and Mohawk Streets downtown.

Locally owned promotional and imprinted products company Impressive Marks has been purchased by Jane and Jim Kendall.  The re-named Kendall's Impressive Marks remains in operation at 13557 Bloomingdale Road in Akron.

In recent earnings news, Greatbatch Incorporated reported a first quarter sales decrease of 7%, but profits were 21% higher than the same period last year.

Second quarter earnings for Moog Incorporated were at eighty cents per share; bettering last year's return by three cents.
