Report: Bills and WR Woods agree to rookie deal

(WGR 550) -- In their first draft with Doug Marrone as Head Coach, the Buffalo Bills are close to having their full class of 2013 signed to their initial contracts. Over the weekend, second round selection Robert Woods was the latest to come to terms on a deal.

According to James Walker of ESPN.com, the Bills and Woods have agreed to terms on the wide receiver's rookie contract and will sign it sometime later this week. The former USC Trojan was the 41st overall selection in 2013, and the first of Buffalo's two second-round picks.

With Woods now almost under contract, the Bills are now only one player away from having their entire rookie class locked up ahead of training camp in late July. The last remaining player is first-round pick and quarterback E.J. Manuel, who was the 16th overall selection.

The team has yet to formally announce the Woods' deal, and it's very likely they will not until he formally signs the contract. The Bills resume Organized Team Activities on Monday in Orchard Park.
