A new deal between the New York State Public Service Commission and National Grid will  freezes delivery rates for 2013 and 14, and send more money to low income rate payers.. The state says they had exceeded some gudielines and basically didnt return as many profits to the consumer as it should of . This agreement changes that.   READ MORE from the PSC HERE 

-- When was the last time a company fom out of town brought their headquarters here? Yesterday. Sentient Science, a softwar and sensor company, relocated from Idaho Falls, ID, bringing 86 jobs and $109 million of capital investment.  They will be setting up in the old Butler Mansion at Delaware Ave and North St., in partnership with the University at Buffalo. 

--The state restaurant Association says New York is second only to California among the fifty states in projected resaurant industry job creation this summer, with 40,700 eating and drinking jobs created in the state , a 7.2 percent increase over last year. .

--Ingram micro is launching a partmership to offer cisco networking certificates thrugh the ECC . The classes will be at Ingram's headquarters off Wehrle Drive .
