The re-development plan for Millard Fillmore-Gates Circle Hospital has hit a slight snag.  According to Business First, the property was supposed to be deeded over to Chason Affinity Cos. in May.  Kaleida CEO James Kaskie has said work on that transfer is still progressing.

The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency is looking into incentive requests for a pair of projects totaling $1.5 million.  Niagara Jet Adventures would provide boat tours into the Niagara Gorge and create 11 jobs.  452 Third Street LLC wants a 10-year PILOT package to finance renovation of an abandoned building into a hotel.  

The Thrifty Buffalo Airport location has a nifty plan to boost reservations.  For a limited time, 10% discounts are being offered for call-ahead reservations.

Western New York energy consulting firm BidURenergy, Incorporated has hired its 8th employee this quarter, increasing the total local workforce to 45.
