This weekend, True Bethel Baptist Church emerged as the winning bidder for the former Sattler's site at 998 Broadway.  However, the winning bid of $250,000 has been rejected by the lender.  the Buffalo News reports the property’s current owner, Maryland-based Karnack Development LLC, is under pressure to sell the land and pay back its loan.

Moog Incorporated has sold medical devices division Ethox Medical to Dempsey Ventures for an undisclosed price.  Moog has also retained RBC Capital Markets LLC to explore a possible sale of some other medical device divisions.

The Buffalo office of Brown & Tarantino has broken away from Rochester and White Plains offices.  The firm here will be known as The Tarantino Law Firm LLP.

Recycling specialist Nulife Glass of England will invest $3.7 million to open its first U.S. facility in the Chautauqua County town of Sheridan.  The plant will employ 25 people.
