Buffalo Business Report - Tuesday, July 30th 2013



New York City-based Post Acute Partners has announced the acquisition of substantially all of ElderWood Senior Care.  Separate from that, the ElderWood Assisted Living at Penfield and ElderWood Assisted Living at Heathwood facilities have been re-named Heathwood Assisted Living.

Now that American Douglas Metals has formally moved to the former Millcraft Paper Company on Bud-Mil Drive in Buffalo, it has listed its former Tonawanda home for sale.  The Henderson Avenue site listed at $980,000 according to Business First.

Sunnking Recycling has completed a relocation of its electronics recycling facility from Lancaster to a larger site at 1800 Broadway in Buffalo.

DiVal Safety Equpiment has purchased the Tonawanda Street warehouse in Buffalo it's been renting for the past seven years.  The reported purchase price was $400,000.

Dollar General celebrates its grand opening at 437 Tonawanda Street this Saturday at 8am.
