Holy Angels Academy will hold an auction of school property on August 24th.  Cash Realty & Auctions has been retained for the 10am auction.  Among items of interest: new iPads and Apple TV's, a baby grand piano and students desks and lockers.

Lancaster's Ecology & Environment landed a $50.4 million federal contract from the EPA for technical support.  The work covers an area including the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Amherst's La-Z-Boy furniture store has closed.  WGRZ-TV reports a staffing problem required the shut down.  All current orders will be honored.

Evergreen Health Services has acquired property at 125 and 127 Cherry Street in Buffalo.  The organization plans to construct a 50-apartment complex on the site.

INSIDE Public Accounting's latest ranking by revenue places The Bonadio Group 56th in the country, while Freed Maxick CPA's is 80th.
