Iskalo Development appears poised to branch out.  According to Business First, the company is close to setting up its first residential conversion project.  Negotiations are underway to purchase the recently closed parish elementary school and convent buildings of St. Margaret's Church on Hertel Avenue.  Current plans involve conversion of the three-story site into 30 market-rate apartments.
   
The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency approved a pair of applications for assistance Wednesday.  One was for a new tourism jet boat tour company in Youngstown; the other went to 453 Third Street, LLC for conversion of an abandoned building in Niagara Falls into an 11 room hotel.

AT&T has expanded its 4G LTE network into new areas of Niagara and northern Erie Counties.  The Niagara County enhancements were mostly in and around Niagara Falls.

The English Pork Pie Company has added a line of 90 different pot pies.
