(WGR 550) -- It didn't take long for long-time Buffalo Bills kicker Rian Lindell to find more work.
According to Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com, Lindell has signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 36-year old from Washington State was released by the Bills on Monday ahead of their morning practice.
Tampa Bay kicker Lawrence Tynes has been dealing with a toe injury, and there is some speculation that the team may place him on Injured Reserve which would end his season.
Lindell spent 10 seasons with the Bills before losing the kicking competition to rookie and sixth-round pick Dustin Hopkins. If Lindell makes the team, he'll face his old team with his new team on Sunday, December 8 in Tampa Bay when the Bills take on the Buccaneers.
