Ready to go?

Report:Manuel to start opener

The EJ Manuel era will start this Sunday against New England.

Head Coach Doug Marrone declared Manuel ready to go for the opener during a meeting with players this morning.

Manuel has not played since injuring his knee in the second pre-season game against the Minnesota Vikings.

The news is not as good for safety Jairus Byrd.  Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports Byrd will "miss some time" due to a plantar fasciitis injury.  Rapoport says Byrd dealt with the same injury last season and took a couple of shots so he could play through it.

Rapoport also suggested Byrd would not rush back to the lineup due to the fact he was unable to reach agreement on a long term contract with the Bills and instead is playing under a one year deal.

If report of Toronto bid being maxed out at $1.2 billion is true, what would you think?
Toronto is dead. The Buffalo Bills are here to stay!!!!
I'd still be guarded. What if a bidder comes out of nowhere?
