Buffalo Business Report - Friday, September 6th 2013



The current average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the region has remained at $3.87 this week.  That's twenty-nine cents higher than the national average of $3.58.

Sunday's Bills-Patriots encounter is sold out, but it will be due to more single seat sales.  The team announced it had 42,540 season ticket accounts, a drop off of 725 from last year.

Business First has done the math on what Western New York school district enjoys the deepest income base.  Williamsville tops the list, with 38.6% of its households earning annual incomes of $100,000 or more.  Grand Island and Clarence were second and third on the list.

Synacor has partnered with online game company Arkadium.  The gamers' vast library will be available to those who visit Buffalo-based Synacor's Internet service portals.  No terms were disclosed.
