Four Bills ruled out against Jets

Orchard Park, NY (WGR 550)  -- After a Week Two contest that didn't yield a single injury, and a healthy week of practice in Orchard Park, the Buffalo Bills will have continuity in their starting lineups for their Week Three game against the New York Jets.

Following Friday's practice, head coach Doug Marrone officially declared that cornerback Stephon Gilmore (wrist), wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (hand), kicker Dustin Hopkins (groin) and cornerback Ron Brooks (foot) will not play in the first road game of the season. Even though Gilmore, Goodwin and Hopkins got some work in this week with team trainers, they still have some time to go before they return from their respective injuries.

Reserve interior lineman Doug Legursky (knee) is questionable for Sunday's contest, as is Jairus Byrd. Legursky has missed the first two weeks of action after suffering the injury in the team's preseason finale against Detroit.

Legursky, Byrd and Gilmore will each make the trip to New Jersey, while Goodwin, Hopkins and Brooks will stay home for the weekend.

The Bills and Jets square off at 4:25 pm at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.
