The AAA reports that the local average for a gallon of unleaded gas is down to $3.81 in the region.  While the local price has dropped just one penny in the past month, the national average has gone done a nickel over that period.

Business First reports the Texas-based owners of a landmark building on Main Street in Buffalo have put it up for sale.  The building at 1420 Main was the long-time home of WKBW-TV and has an asking price of $230,000.

With work on the landscaping finished, the Graycliff Conservancy has announced plans for a $325,000 interior renovation at the Graycliff Estate.  Part of the work entails restoring the original cypress plank flooring.

By doling out $259 million dollars to small businesses between September 2012 and September of this year, M&T Bank ranked 6th in the nation in SBA lending.
