Buffalo Business Report - Monday, September 30th 2013

Local gas prices dipped another two cents over the weekend.  According to the AAA, the current average for a gallon of unleaded is $3.76.  That reflects a nickel drop in the past week.

Mod-Pac's sale to the Keane family for a reported $24.6 million has been approved.  The next step is to take the company private.  Business First reports the Keane's settled on a price of $8.40 per share to get shareholders' approval.

SJP Federal Credit Union will be moving to new expanded offices at 341 Englewood in the Town of Tonawanda.

The McGuire Group's Autumn View Health Care Facility on Southwestern Boulevard in Hamburg has been ranked #1 out of more than 600 New York State nursing homes according to the most recent New York State Nursing Home Quality Pool Benchmarking Results.
